Jitpan Cafe
2017 The Beginning
Jitpan Cafe started as a cafe in an organic farm named ‘Jitpan Farm’ — founded by Mai (SAP programmer) and Bew (System Engineer) who chose to return to their hometown in Phrae.
The name “Jitpan” is combination between their parents names.
Building the Cafe
The cafe was built by local carpenters and Bew, with Mai joining in the design. Most decorations were handmade with love.
The Farm
Organic & Family
In the backyard they grow an organic farm — and their parents joined in the farming too. A true family effort rooted in the land.
Dog lovers welcome

2024 The new branch
In December 2024, we opened a new branch in Phrae province — bringing our coffee, homemade bakery, and farm-to-cup philosophy closer to the community.
The new space carries the same heart as the original: handcrafted with care, designed with warmth, and built for those who appreciate a slower, more intentional cup of coffee.
Whether you’re a familiar face or discovering us for the first time, we hope this new home feels just as welcoming as the farm where it all began.
2026 Coffee Roasting Business
When we grow up business and have more people using our coffee beans, we decide to buy a new big coffee roasting machine and have a wholesale.
Our roasted coffee beans are available both in-store and online, so you can enjoy a taste of Jitpan wherever you are.
